Energy management system certification process of GB/T23331-2009 energy management system certification program

Enterprises to establish energy management system and conducted 3 months of trial operation, the completion of the internal audit and management review, confirmed the energy management system performance, can put forward to apply for certification. The specific procedures including:
1）能源管理体系认证申请
1) the energy management system certification application
提交书面申请书，并按要求提供能源管理手册、手册条款对照表、程序文件清单、能源管理内部审核报告、管理评审报告、能源利用状况报告（包括近期单位产品能耗指标等）等相关信息。

2）签订能源管理体系认证合同

认证机构评审申请资料，与符合要求的申请方签订能源管理体系认证合同，确认双方的权利和义务。

4）二阶段能源管理体系认证审核

申请方针对一阶段审核意见完成相应的整改，一般情况下不超过6个月。认证机构指派审核组对申请方实施二阶段审核，评价企业能源管理体系的实施和运行是否符合GB/T 23331-2009《能源管理体系 要求》、企业能源管理体系认证实施规则、国家相关法律法规的要求，决定是否向认证机构推荐认证注册。

6）能源管理体系监督与再认证
